  • 1 Beer Can
  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 100g Diced Bacon
  • 100g Chorizo
  • Grated Tasty Cheese
  • 1x Can of Pineapple Slices
  • 2x Brown Onions
  • 2x Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Chilli Flakes


  1.  Mix the pork mince, beef mince and onion together with your hands.  Add salt, pepper, paprika and chilli flakes to taste. Separate into 12x balls.
  2.  Push down on each ball of mince using a beer can and push the mince up the sides of the can to form a crater.
  3.  Fill the crater with bacon, Chorizo, pineapple, cheese and other ingredients to taste.
  4.  Place the burgers in a slightly greased camp oven.
  5.  Put the camp on the coals (not in the fire) for approximately one hour or until cooked through.
