WAECO cooking segment: Shauno makes Meaty Mac & Cheese Recipe Ingredients: 1 Packet pasta 2 or 3 kranskys Shredded bacon 2 chillies roughly chopped 2 cheese sauce sachets 2 Cups milk A few handfuls shredded cheese Method: First put your pasta on to cook, add a good pinch of salt to the water. Cut the kranskys into smallish chunks and mix with the bacon in a bowl. Cook at the same time as the pasta. Make cheese sauce: place powder into a pot, add the milk and stir then mix in the shredded cheese and chilli. Mix over heat until thickened. Mix the kranskys and bacon with the cooked pasta then pour over the chilli cheese sauce. Top with more shredded cheese then put the covered pot into the coals until the top is browned, approx 10-15 minutes.
