WAECO cooking segment: Shauno makes pulled pork burgers Recipe Ingredients: Large pork roast Several large oven bags Olive Oil Salt & Pepper Bread rolls Gravy mix Applesauce Method: Double bag the oven bags and place pork roast within, add a splash of olive oil and large pinches of salt and pepper. Place roast into oven (12v Marine oven) ensuring the top of the bags are facing upwards. Cook until tender and falling apart approx 5 hours. Save some of the meat juices, heat and mix in the gravy powder and a little applesauce till thickened. Cut up the pork and place straight into the sliced buns, top with gravy.
